Make every stay and every night unforgettable
We create beautifully managed homes, carefully curated events and authentic experiences that connect people with the Kenyan coast — and with each other.
Our Story
A society, not just a company
254 is Kenya's calling code — and the place we call home. We started with a simple idea: the Kenyan coast deserves stays and experiences that feel as special as the place itself.
Today we look after villas and apartments in Mombasa, host events from sunset beach sessions to Nairobi rooftop nights, and create experiences for guests from all over the world.
